Camps and Clinics

2 hour introduction to pitching clinic. This clinic will focus heavily on general mechanics of a full pitch.

This clinic is geared towards girls with 2 years or less of pitching experience regardless of age.

Topics covered will be

• Correct starting position

• Pre-motion and drive off the mound

• Proper balance throughout the pitch

• Arm path, whip, and finish

• Exploding through ending position

• How to practice at home
