Full Rapsodo Ball Flight Data Analaysis
Through Rapsodo you will receive ball flight data on all of your pitches. We will work together so you can understand what is creating movement or diminishing movement in your pitches. We will also discuss your best plan of action for pitch development, and also your best plan of action for in game strategy.

4D Sensor Movement Analysis
4D Motion sensors give will give us an insight to exactly how your body is moving through the pitch. We will focus on load, drive, and timing when assessing with 4D.

Movement Screen
We will do a movement screen that will be typed up and emailed back to you. This is a great tool for each pitcher to provide to their strength coach. I fully believe that pitching is a set of movements put together, and if there are movements that are limited outside of the pitching motion they will also be limited inside the pitching motion.

High speed video Analysis, Pitching Instruction, and Follow up Remote Call
Throughout the entire session we will be utilizing slow motion video of 1000fps in order to provide quick feedback and understanding of the pitching motion. We will have a follow up call to go over all the information that will be sent after the session is over.
